Redesigned
SAP web site launched |
|
|
When SAP
implementation first got under way, information primarily was shared through
the “A+ Project” web site. Now that Fulton County Schools has
begun to use SAP, that web site needed to go to the next level. It has been
redesigned to include more specific information about SAP and how it is
affecting Fulton County School System operations. Like any
web site, the “FCS + SAP” site is a continual
work-in-progress. It is being updated frequently to become a user-friendly
resource for SAP news. The site contains FAQs, training presentations,
newsletters, and upcoming SAP events. Visit the
new FCS + SAP site now, and check back often for updates! http://www.fultonschools.org/fcssap

Reminder of
SAP Log-in Procedures |
|
|
It’s
been a little over a week since SAP launched in the Fulton County School
System. If you haven’t yet had a chance to log-in to SAP for the first
time, here is how:
Passwords
will expire every 30 days. If you
have any trouble, call the SAP Help Desk at 404-669-4956 and they can get you
started. |
|
|
Quick Tip
for the Week |
|
|
Did you
know that when you log into SAP you have access to two clients? Client 200,
which is your default, is the production client where you do your work.
Client 460 is for training. So if you would like to practice a transaction
before doing it for real, try using Client 460. |
