Human
Capital Management training begins |
|
As
you’ve been hearing, Human Capital Management (HCM) is the next phase
of SAP implementation. Training on these modules began this week in
preparation for the January 2008 HCM go-live effort. Training is being
coordinated by cluster, with the schedule posted at www.fultonschools.org/fcssap/training.htm.
As a reminder, training is required for those individuals who will support HCM
activities in SAP. Some employees will be responsible for timesheet
entry and approval – an activity that
directly affects other employees’ pay. Therefore, it is
imperative that you attend training if you are scheduled for it. You
will receive an e-mail from the HCM training team with the date, time, and
location of the training if you are required to attend. A video
has been prepared to give SAP users an overview of Human Capital Management
functions and what they can expect during the training sessions. |
