Getting delivery addresses to show on requisitions

An SAP user recently asked this question:

“I use purchase requisitions quite regularly. I always put in a person’s name for the requisition. However, when the order is delivered, there is never a name on the order – just the purchase order number. How can I get the order to show the person’s name?”

The solution actually is fairly simple. If you recall during training, within the requisition you have a delivery address tab that can be modified to show the person or address to where the items should be delivered. This area must be filled in to capture the person’s name; without it, only a purchase order will show on the requisition and your items could be delivered incorrectly.

Guillermo Gomez, a CIBER project manager who works with the SAP Help Desk, submitted this answer. Click here for a screenshot image that shows where to input a person’s name and the delivery address.

Time entry training available for summer school principals

Next week, the SAP Project Training Team will begin teaching timekeeping courses exclusively to summer school principals at both the North and South Professional Learning Centers.

This training will include updates on summer school timekeeping methods and attendees will have the opportunity to practice in the new system. The courses are in myPDC, so all summer school principals should go there to register.
