This e-newsletter is sent each week during SAP implementation to keep SAP users aware of special dates, trainings and other important need-to-know news. Consider this your “One Stop Shop” for SAP news!

CASE/CATS error reports begin this week

Beginning this week, timekeepers will see the return of the CASE/CATS error report. Two reports will be sent to timekeepers every Thursday evening.

The first report lists errors for the current week (Friday – Thursday). The second report notifies timekeepers of errors not yet reconciled for the period January 1, 2008, up to the preceding Thursday.

Errors should be corrected in CASE as soon as possible so that employees’ paychecks are not adversely affected.

The SAP training team has created a Quick Reference Guide to assist timekeepers in resolving the most common errors, but if you have other questions or situations, please contact the SAP Help Desk by email or phone, 404-669-4956.

March Production Labs are next week

Production labs are being held this month. Instructors will be on hand to give assistance and answer questions. Don’t be shy…if you need help, get it!

Payroll support still available

During January and February, a special hotline was established to handle issues related to the first two payrolls produced using SAP.

That hotline has since disbanded since the highest volume of calls was expected within the first 60 days. If payroll issues arise or if employees have questions about their pay advices, they can contact the FCS Payroll Department at 404-763-6849.

Remember to save these weekly “Follow Me to SAP” emails, perhaps to a folder on your computer. They contain training information or tips that may be a handy reference as you continue using SAP. You also can find them on the FCS + SAP web site under “Multimedia.”
