This e-newsletter is sent each week during SAP implementation to keep SAP users aware of special dates, trainings and other important need-to-know news. Consider this your “One Stop Shop” for SAP news!

ESS Information Days are next week

Next week, the SAP Project Training Team will host Employee Self-Service (ESS) Information Days at both the North and South Professional Learning Centers. Although the primary audience is school technology specialists, anyone is welcome to attend. Click here to RSVP. The interactive workshops begin promptly at 9 a.m. and conclude at 10:30 a.m. School technology specialists will attend a second meeting afterwards.

ESS is a function of SAP that provides employees easy access to the information and applications related to their employment. It enables employees to create, view and modify personal data, and manage routine HR tasks – any time, anywhere.

The ESS preview will include updates on the scope and status of Phase II of the SAP project. Attendees will have the opportunity to get a feel for the new system and how ESS will impact them. We hope to see you there, but if not, a video is being created to provide the same information being shared at the event. It will be hosted on the Follow Me to SAP web site.

Production Labs offered for April

Production labs are being held this month. Instructors will be on hand to give assistance and answer questions. Don’t be shy…if you need help, get it!
