October is the month for our fall School Bus Emergency Evacuation Drills—to be held Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Monday, October 15th, 16th, 17th, and 20th.

 
 
 

Transportation Administrators will also begin their Annual Skills Check Rides and Annual Bus Stop Assessment Check Rides, focusing on ensuring the safest ride possible for Fulton students.

 
 
 

Celebrating National School Bus Safety Week, October 20-24; this year's theme—"Be Smart—Be Seen, I wait in a safe place!"

 

 

Ga. School Bus Driver Appreciation Day, Monday, October 20th  We will be celebrating with our Fulton Teachers' Credit Union Cookouts on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 20 and 21.

 

All Transportation Supervisors will be holding three hour Safety In Service  Meetings, Tuesday, October 14th with their drivers.

 

 

 Additional safety information for parents, school administrators, motorists, and teen drivers to be posted to our website.

 

 

Highlight that ALL Fulton school bus drivers are CPR certified, Emergency Response and 1st Aid certified, certified completion of  the Green Cross six hour Defensive Driving Course.

 

 

Safety vests will be distributed to all drivers at their meetings on October 14th to enhance pedestrian safety at North/South Transportation facilities.
