Hardship Transfer Applications
Applications for a hardship transfer are reviewed annually by
the Student Assignment Office. Through this process, parents can seek a transfer
for medical reasons, curriculum differences, child care situations or if they
are an employee of the school system. Parents may also request the
renewal of an existing hardship transfer. The Hardship Transfer Policy as well as the Hardship Transfer Guidelines will be used to
determine student eligibility.
2017-18 Hardship Applications available January 1, 2017!
The deadline to apply for hardship transfers is FEBRUARY 28, 2017. All requests must be submitted by this date. Medical documentation for medical hardships must be submitted via email to email@example.com by the deadline (student application ID number and name should be referenced in the subject line). No exceptions or extensions can be granted.
