Meet Fulton's District Chef

5-year veteran manager for the Fulton County School Nutrition Program and current Manager at Heards Ferry Elementary School, Chef Sloan will expand his responsibilities in SY 15-16 to provide culinary expertise as the designated District Chef.

Chef Sloan is a Culinary Arts graduate from Fulton's own Tri-Cities High School, and graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Culinary Arts.

In addition to the duties of a School Nutrition Manager, Chef Sloan joins the district's menu team to enhance recipes and food presentation to promote student acceptance of meals district-wide that meet the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act guidelines.
