Students who eat balanced meals perform better on tests. While eating properly on test day can help the brain function and focus, it’s important to nourish the body and brain every day! Although no single food will make or break a child’s test results, check out the tips below to help eat smart:
1. Eat Breakfast – a solid breakfast helps prevent the distractions of hunger pains or fatigue during the test.
