Welcome to the Fulton County Schools Employees' Pension Plan (FCSEPP).

The FCSEPP is also referred to as the Local Plan. The Local Plan serves all eligible Fulton County Board of Education employees not covered under the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia (TRSGA).  This group includes Bus Drivers, Cafeteria Workers, Custodians, Fleet Mechanics, Maintenance Workers, and Warehouse Personnel.

We also serve employees who are under both TRSGA and FCSEPP.  This group includes all employees hired prior to July 1, 1988 and who have been continuously employed with the Fulton County Board of Education. TRS covered positions include teachers, administrators, supervisors, clerks, teacher aides, secretaries, paraprofessionals and public school nurses.

Whether you are an active member or a retiree, we hope you will find the information you need.  If the information that you are looking for is not here, please contact us and let us know how we can be of further assistance to you.

Pension Board meetings are held monthly and can be watched live from a computer screen through video streaming technology used by the Fulton County School System.
