Seed Fund Awards
The Fulton Education Foundation, in conjunction with Fulton County Schools, is pleased to announce that sixty-nine schools have recently received Seed Fund awards to implement new strategies in their schools. Through this year's competitive grant process, the Foundation awarded $5.4 million to all cohorts and School Governance Councils that identified potential solutions to a need outlined in their school strategic plans. These funds were awarded in February 2017 for implementation during the 2017-18 school year (FY 18). This makes for a total of $19 million that have been awarded to schools since the inception of the Seed Fund in 2014-15.
