Professional Learning Standards Survey

Instructions

Use this Self-Assessment Tool to analyze your site-based professional learning. Answer the questions as they relate to your school in order to chart an effective path for assessing, implementing, and monitoring Professional/Staff learning and growth opportunities. Select responses in each section that most aptly describe the professional learning at your school.

As you take the online survey, you can either keep a paper and pencil tally of the average score in each standard category, or wait for the Professional Learning Department to email you an Excel spreadsheet with your average scores. Your scores may be used to prioritize three or four standards in your improvement plan. Once prioritized, you can create an action plan for the implementation of the priority standards.
