WORKSHOPS

Throughout the year, the Communications Department hosts training workshops to help school leaders and other educators hone their natural skill as communicators and become more effective.

Workshops on local school publicity, business partnerships/volunteerism and school councils are generally held in the fall to help guide efforts for the rest of the year. Crisis communication workshops are held four times a year in conjunction with the Safety and Security Department's safety team trainings.

Other workshops can be scheduled as needed and tailored to the school or department's individual goals and needs.
