- ALPHARETTA HIGH SCHOOL PTSA SCHOLARSHIP--
At Alpharetta High School our goal is to be nationally competitive in the following four areas: Academics, the Arts, Athletics, and Community Service. To that end the Alpharetta High School PTSA is pleased to announce its Student Scholarship program for 2009-2010. The PTSA scholarships are designed to recognize outstanding AHS seniors who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, outstanding school and community involvement, and the ability to complete a strong academic program. - ELECTRONIC TRANSCRIPTS--
Many of our colleges are now allowing us to send student transcripts electronically, rather than waiting for the paper transcript to arrive in the mail. For a list of all of the schools that AHS will be sending electronic transcripts, to please click here.
- COUNSELING ACTIVITIES FOR YOUR STUDENTS--
Beginning in the Fall, Counselors will begin seeing your students in one-on-one settings, in their classrooms, and/or during designated meeting times with parents. Click here for a brief overview of what to expect from your child's counselor during your four years at Alpharetta High School.
- HOPE SCHOLARSHIP CHANGES--
There have been some recent changes in the HOPE Scholarship that are taking effect now in the Fall of 2009. Click here to find out what the Georgia Student Finance Commission says about these changes.
