Training Strategy

Initial Project Team training was completed during the months of August and September of 2006.

With ~500 FCS employees to be trained in the performance of >140 SAP transactions during the end user training, the effort required to succeed in this large undertaking will require superior information gathering from the very beginning of the Blue-Print process. Preparation for doing end-user training (depicted in the graphic below) will commence in conjunction with Blue-Printing starting the first week of October 2006. Each of those transactions must be mapped to the appropriate individual FCS employee(s) that perform associated functions in order to ensure that each and every end-user that will interface with the SAP system is ready for the system to be used when GO-LIVE occurs.
