Voice Mail

Setting Up Your Voice Mailbox;

1. From any phone in the school, lift the reciever and dial 71.
2. When the voice prompt answers, press # followed by your mailbox number.
3. Follow the tutorial for setting up your mailbox.

First, you will record your mailbox name.
Second, you will record your mailbox greeting.
Last, you will enter in a passcode (1-8 digits)

Retrieving New Messages;

1. Dial "71"
2. When voice prompt answers, press # followed by your mailbox number.
3. Enter passcode when promitted.
4. Press [*] to access new messages.

Retrieving Saved Messages;

1. Dial "71"
2. When voice prompt answers, press [#] followed by your mailbox number.
3. Enter passcode when promted.
4. Press "1" to access the Message Folder menu.
5. Press "2" to listen to saved messages.

Retrieving Messages From Home;

1. Dial main number:
2. When voice prompt answers, press [#] followed by your mailbox number.
3. Enter passcode when prompted.

While Listening To Messages, The Following Options Are Available;

"1" Review the message again.
"2" Delete the message.
"3" Save the message.
"0" Pause the message while listening.
"*" Rewind the message while listenng.
"#" Fast forward the message while listening.
